ABC’S “SNUB” LIST FOR DWTS

ABC’s wish-list of celebrities for  the upcoming season of “Dancing With The Stars” included Sylvester Stallone and former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. That would be, a no, from Sly and Condi. A source says other who rejected the offer to go dancing include political commentator Ann Coulter, Facebook creator Mark Zuckerberg, billionaire Richard Branson, comic actor Tim Allen, Suzanne Somers and Kirstie Alley. And the source adds that Melanie Griffith tries to get on the show every year but they keep rejecting her.

ARE CHARLIZE THERON AND SEAN PENN DATING?

“In Touch Weekly” seems to think there’s something going on between Sean Penn and Charlize Theron. He’s 50, she’s 35, Sean has supposedly has been “helping” Charlize through her split with longtime boyfriend Stuart Townsend, but things have escalated beyond the “helping” stage. A so-called “source” says, “Sean thinks she’s beautiful, and she thinks he’s brilliant.”

T.I. AND WIFE ARRESTED FOR DRUG POSSESSION

TMZ reports, T.I. and his wife Tameka Cottle were arrested last night and booked for the alleged possession of a controlled substance. L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies pulled over the rapper and his wife in a Maybach on Sunset Boulevard around 10:30PM.

Deputies say they smelled marijuana, and after searching the vehicle they arrested T.I. and Tameka. T.I. is on probation after doing seven months in prison on federal weapons charges. They remained in custody. Bail amount is $10,000.

BEYONCE’S DAD STILL IN CHARGE

Beyonce’s dad is shooting down rumors that his daughter is about to fire him as her manager.  Media Take Out cited a supposedly-reliable source who claimed that Beyonce had fallen out with Mathew Knowles and was about to cut him loose and install her husband, Jay-Z, as her manager.  Well, Papa Knowles has dropped the following statement:  ”Mathew Knowles is the sole and exclusive manager of Beyoncé. Contrary to false rumors online, B and Mathew Knowles unequivocally have had and continue to have a close personal and biz relationship.”

PARIS BANNED AND BOYFRIEND FIRED!

The Wynn resorts in Las Vegas have banned Paris Hilton and fired her boyfriend!  A company rep told People magazine that because of her arrest for cocaine possession, Paris was no longer welcome at the Wynn Las Vegas and Encore resorts.  But Paris’ pals are denying the rumor that Hilton’s been blackballed from all of the clubs in sin city. Insiders tell E! News that Paris is fielding several offers to host Labor Day Weekend parties in Vegas for fees topping $100,000.  One source told E!, “They’re trying to capitalize on press from the situation, but she’s turning them all down and staying at home with (her boyfriend) Cy (Waits), her family and her pets.”

Meanwhile, Hilton’s boyfriend, Cy Waits, who was arrested with Paris, has lost his gig as Wynn’s co-chief of nightlife operations.  Waits was promoted to that position a short time ago.  Wynn released a short statement yesterday saying: “Cy Waits has been separated from the company and is free to pursue other interests. Wynn has no further comment on this matter.”

AND THE NAME OF CONAN’S NEW SHOW IS…

After months of waiting, Conan O’Brien has finally revealed the name of his new TBS show. In a cute video, Conan announced that he decided to go with a name that was “simple, pure, like the man himself,” and is calling the program Conan. Conan premieres November 8^th on TBS.  

IS ASHTON KUTCHER CHEATING ON DEMI MOORE?

Despite their 15 year age difference, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore always seemed like a perfect couple, but now comes word that Ashton may be stepping out on his wife. According to Star magazine, 32-year-old Ashton was caught kissing and groping a young blonde at Italian restaurant Madeo in L.A. “Ashton had this gorgeous girl pinned against the wall, and he was totally making out with her,” said a source who passed the pair on the way to the bathroom. “I was shocked to see him sucking face with a girl who obviously wasn’t Demi.”  Not only is Kutcher’s rep denying the claim, he took to Twitter himself to address the story. “I think Star magazine calling me a ‘cheater’ qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees,” tweeted Kutcher. “STAR magazine — you don’t get to stand behind ‘freedom of the press’ when you are writing fiction,” he added. Whether Demi has heard the tabloid rumor isn’t known, but judging by her latest Twitter pictures she doesn’t look too upset about it. The 47-year-old actress posted several shots of herself in a tiny bikini yesterday.  

JON GOSSELIN’S EX ACCUSES HIM OF EXTERTION

Jon Gosselin’s ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman tells Radaronline that the father of eight once tried to extort money from his ex-wife Kate Gosselin. Hailey says that during his brutal divorce, Jon threatened to call Child Protective Services on Kate unless she paid him a huge sum of money and Hailey says she has Jon’s handwritten notes to prove it. Hailey says Jon always refers to himself in the third person, which explains why one note says, “Jon giving Kate ultimatums. He privately extorts Kate. If you don’t do what I want, I’ll do this…” He also writes, “24/48 hours or I’ll go to the DA.” Hailey says Jon threatened to tell authorities that Kate hurt daughter Mady’s arm by yanking on it. ”Kate started screaming and Jon just started laughing,” said Hailey. “He just laughed at her. Later when he got off the phone I asked him, ‘What are you doing? Why are you doing this? This is the mother of your eight children!’ And he told me, ‘Oh, you don’t know what I went through with her, what I had to deal with.’” Jon took to Twitter to deny the claims, writing, “Radaronline has been duped again by Hailey Glassman, who is apparently without a job and desperate for money. This article contains so many lies, they are too numerous to count. It is completely false and without any merit.”

SPEIDI TAKES ALLEGED SEX TAPE OF THE MARKET

Talk about great news…it appears that the public will not be subjected to the Heidi Montag sex tape. TMZ reports that Heidi and estranged hubby Spencer Pratt have cut off their negotiations to sell the tape to Vivid Entertainment. “Heidi’s made it very clear that she is not interested in releasing any tapes,” read a letter from Spencer’s rep to Vivid honcho Steven Hirsch. “It looks like she pulled the kill switch.” The letter also stated that “Spencer’s not interested in further destroying their relationship by pursuing an avenue she’s so vehemently against.” So as usual with Heidi and Spencer, they got a whole lot of press for absolutely nothing.

SHIA LEBOUF GOOD FOR BOX OFFICE BUSINESS

There’s a good reason why Shia LaBeouf keeps landing so many big movies. According to Forbes magazine, the 24-year-old is Hollywood’s Best Actor for the Buck. This is the second year Shia has topped the list for bringing in the most profit based on the salary he is paid. According to the mag, for every dollar Shia gets, he makes a studio $81 in profit. Coming in at number two is Anne Hathaway, who earns $64 for every buck, followed by Harry Potter’s Daniel Radcliffe, Robert Downey, Jr. and Cate Blanchette. Rounding out the Top Ten are: Meryl Streep and Jennifer Aniston (tied for sixth); Johnny Depp, Nicolas Cage and Sarah Jessica Parker.

JERRY LEWIS WANTS TO PUNCH LINDSAY LOHAN IN THE FACE!

Jerry Lewis iwas asked about today’s ‘young Hollywood’ stars. When asked about troubled actress Lindsay Lohan, the comedy legend said, “I would smack her in the mouth.

I’d smack her in the mouth if I saw her.” Inside Edition”s Jim Moret asked, “What would you say to her?” Lewis said, “I would say ‘you deserve this and nothing else. Whack! And then if she’s not satisfied, I’d put her over my knee and spank her. The same thing with Paris Hilton. Those children are begging for help. What they’re doing is saying I’m (expletive) up. DEETS ON KRISTEN STEWART’S BREKAING DAWN CHILD BIRTH SCENE

The good news is, screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg and director Bill Condon plan to be faithful to the book when shooting Bella’s childbirth scene for the movie version of Breaking Dawn.

Or wait, is that bad news?

However Twilight fans might feel about the gruesome scene with Kristen Stewart’s character, the screenwriter and director see little point in toning it down for the big screen. But that doesn’t necessarily mean it will be a huge gorefest.

“We’re working on it. And we’re working on it to be as intense as it is in the book,” screenwriter Rosenberg tells E! Online.

Rosenberg has long felt that the scene shouldn’t be sidelined for the movie. But the priority for her and Condon is the emotional intensity of it.

“I don’t think it’s about the amount of blood you show,” she says. “It’s on their faces. It’s all from Bella’s point of view when you’re seeing what’s going [on]. It should feel visceral. I think it’s going to be pretty intense.”

Rosenberg and Condon have been working on script rewrites for the two Breaking Dawn movies of late. Asked when they might finish the scripts, Rosenberg replies: “It better damn well be before the beginning of November, because that’s when we start shooting.”

BEYONCE FIRING HER DAD…HIRING JAY-Z AS HER MANAGER?!

MediaTakeOut.com reports that Beyonce is on the verge of firing her dad, Mathew Knowles, as her manager and replacing him with her husband, Jay-Z.  We can’t confirm this since MTO is not exactly known for it’s reliability, but the site quotes a “well placed source” who claims that Bey and her father have been “drifting apart.”  They reportedly disagree over the type of music Bey should record and their father-daughter bond hasn’t been the same since Mathew cheated on Bey’s mom.  The source told Media Take Out: “Since the [divorce] of her parents, her relationship with her father is becoming strained . . . Also professionally, she wants to stay edgy and relevant, where her father wants her to make more ‘mature’ music.”

Beyonce is supposedly on track to break from her dad and hire Jay-Z’s new management company before the end of this year. 

JUSTIN BIEBER NOT DOING GREASE REMAKE (THANK GOD!)

The Internet’s been buzzing with rumors about Justin Bieber remaking the classic movies Back to the Future and Grease.  Well, it ain’t gonna happen.  A source close to the Biebs told Perez Hilton:  ”All that Back to the Future and Grease stuff, he never said that and we have no clue where it came from. Even the quotes are false.” Internet chatter claimed that Bieber was dying to follow in John Travolta’s footsteps as Danny Zucco in Grease and that he wanted Miley Cyrus to take on Olivia Newton John’s role as “Sandy.”  According to rumor, Justin said that British singer Cheryl Cole would also make a good Sandy because she’d look great in a Rydell High cheerleader uniform!  Hmmm…have to agree with that.  But, like we said, the rumor is totally false.

TIGER WOODS BUYS A NEW BACHELOR PAD

Now that his divorce is finalized, Tiger Woods has moved into a brand new bachelor pad in New York City. A source told UsMagazine.com that the golf pro officially moved into the downtown apartment over the weekend and was “introducing himself as the new neighbor.” After his numerous extramarital affairs were made public last year, Woods split from wife Elin Nordegren. Their divorce was finalized last Monday. Nordegren – with whom Woods has two children – will split her time between the family’s Orlando-area home and her native Sweden.

BRISTOL PALIN EXPLAINS WHY SHE IS DANCING

Bristol Palin, former Alaskan Gov. Sarah Palin’s daughter, spoke to UsWeekly Monday night about her decision to join the new season of Dancing with the Stars. “I just wanted to do it because it’s so fun,” the 19-year-old single mom said. “It’s positive and it’s a good competition. I wanted to step outside my comfort zone and have a good time.” She said the most challenging thing for her will be showing her personality and moving her hips. Just don’t expect her to wear those revealing costumes. “I know that mine will be the most conservative — I will be the most dressed. That’s how I am and that’s how I want to dress,” she said.  Bristol also said her mom is completely supportive of her decision to participate in the show.

BRAVO RENEWS HOUSEWIVES HITS

Bravo is renewing two of its “Real Housewives” hits, “New Jersey” will be returning for a third season next year, while “New York” will be back for a fourth round.

The news comes on the heels of Monday night’s drama-filled “Real Housewives of New Jersey” reunion show. Part one of the episode drew a steep 3.9 million viewers. That’s the most-watched single telecast in “Real Housewives” franchise history. The second half will air Monday. New Jersey “Housewife” Danielle Staub will leave the franchise, in addition to Bethenny Frankel of “New York”, in order to pursue alternative ventures.

“PIRANAH 3-D VS. AVATAR“

“Avatar” director JAMES CAMERON craps all over “Piranha 3D” in a new “Vanity Fair” interview.  He says, quote, “I tend almost never to throw other films under the bus, but that is exactly an example of what we should not be doing in 3D.

“Because it just cheapens the medium and reminds you of the bad 3D horror films from the ’70s and ’80s, like ‘Friday the 13th’ 3D.”

Well, “Piranha” producer Mark Canton is NOT cool with this.  He shot back yesterday, saying, quote, “Cameron consistently celebrates himself out as though he is a team of one. His comments are ridiculous, self-serving and insulting to those of us who are not caught up in serving his ego and his rhetoric.” He added, quote, “To be honest, I found the 3D in ‘Avatar’ to be inconsistent and while ground breaking in many respects, sometimes I thought it overwhelmed the storytelling. Technology aside, I wish ‘Avatar’ had been more original in its storytelling.”

By the way Cameron freely admits that he was hired to direct the sequel to the ORIGINAL “Piranha” titled, “Piranha 2:  The Spawning”.  But he was FIRED after only a few days.  That was back in the early 1980s. And thanks to that experience, he says, quote, “I don’t put it on my official filmography.  [And] there’s no sort of fond connection for me whatsoever.”

LADY GAGA IS SCARED OF CELL PHONES!

A so-called “source” close to LADY GAGA explains, quote, “There have been various reports suggesting mobile phone use can increase your risk of developing cancer and brain tumors and even though there’s no firm evidence, it really freaked her out.

“She’s now insisting that whenever she makes a call, one of her team keys the numbers into her phone, then holds it up to her face so when she speaks it isn’t too close to her head. 

“She then listens to her calls on the speakerphone.”

MICHAEL DOUGLAS’ THROAT CANCER IS SPREADING

Michael Douglas last night revealed his throat cancer has spread beyond its original tumour and that his illness is more advanced than was first feared. In a dramatic TV interview with David Letterman, the Oscar-winning actor explained that his throat had been bothering him for several months before the cancer was eventually diagnosed following his summer vacation.

“It’s a stage four [cancer], which is intense,” Douglas said. “You want to be at stage one.” Stage four refers to cancers that have metastasised and often prove fatal. However, Douglas appeared to stress that the disease’s progress was still limited. “The big thing you’re worried about is it spreading,” he said. “I am head and neck. It hasn’t gone down. The expectations are good.”

Appearing on CBS’s Late Show With David Letterman, the 65-year-old actor said that his illness was probably caused by a lifetime of drinking and smoking. He is currently undergoing a course of chemotherapy and put his survival odds at around 80%.

PARIS HILTON CHARGED WITH A FELONY!

Paris Hilton was charged with felony cocaine possession yesterday, following her Friday arrest in Las Vegas. During a traffic stop, cops spotted a baggy of white powder fall from her purse. The bag turned out to contain .8 grams of cocaine. Cigarette wrappers commonly used for marijuana and a broken tablet of the drug Albuterol were also found in Paris’ purse. The 29-year-old heiress has been claiming that the purse was not, in fact, her own. The drug charge carries a maximum sentence of four years in prison if convicted.

And here’s something interesting, A friend of Paris Hilton‘s says that she is notorious for stashing cocaine in her vagina!

“That’s why the first thing she asked the cops in Vegas was to use the bathroom. She knew it would be her only chance to hide the cocaine and avoid arrest. Paris is not as dumb as she seems.

“She’s one of the most clever and manipulative people one can ever meet. And she thinks quick, just like she did in Vegas. She has cat like reflexes.”

Meanwhile, Paris’ boyfriend Cy Waits, who was driving the car at the time, was also arrested for a DUI. The 34-year-old was fired from his job as head of nightclub operations for Wynn and Encore properties shortly after the bust. “Wynn has a zero-tolerance policy with their club execs when it comes to brushes with the law,” a source told E!.

NEW CAST ANNOUNCED FOR DANCING WITH THE STARS

The brand new Dancing with the Stars cast has been revealed, and as usual, it’s an eclectic bunch. The 12 participants include: Jersey Shore’s Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, Bristol Palin, David Hasselhoff, Florence Henderson of The Brady Bunch fame, singer Michael Bolton, The Hills’ star Audrina Patridge, comedienne Margaret Cho, Dirty Dancing actress Jennifer Grey, singer Brandy, actor Kyle Massey, retired basketball player Rick Fox and retired NFL quarterback Kurt Warner. Their professional dance partners won’t be announced until tomorrow. Dancing with the Stars premieres September 20^th on ABC.

SNOOKI GETS A PUBLIC PROPOSAL

Snooki’s boyfriend decided to pop the question in an unconventional way. Ex-Iraq veteran Jeff Miranda proposed to the overly-tanned Jersey Shore star on the cover of a magazine. He is featured on the cover of the September 10 issue of Steppin’ Out Magazine along with the headline “Will you marry me?” In excerpts from the interview obtained by RadarOnline, Miranda talks about wanting to spend the rest of his life with Snooki, and possibly even having children together! “If we got married we would be the best parents around,” he said. He admits that Snooki will be shocked by the cover, but he’s confident she’ll say “yes.” No word on how he feels about RadarOnline spilling the beans early.

DID SURVIVOR HOST JEFF PROBST BREAK UP ZACK MORRIS’ MARRAIGE?!

Rumor has it, Mark-Paul Gosselaar’s wife of 13 years may have been seeing someone on the side. When the “Saved by the Bell” star and Lisa Ann Russell announced their separation and divorce earlier this summer, a rep for Gosselaar said, “They have been separated for a couple of months. There is no third party involved. They are working on their marriage.”

But sources said Russell formed an romantic alliance with “Survivor” host Jeff Probst. A source said allegedly, “Lisa and Jeff were having an affair for A WHILE!” Gosselaar filed for divorce in mid-June. Since then, Probst and Russell have already stepped out as a couple! A source said, “Jeff took Lisa Ann with him as his date to the Creative Arts Emmys and the Primetime Emmy Awards telecast this past weekend.”

SNL HAS ADDED 3 NEW CAST MEMBERS

The “New York Post” is reporting that “Saturday Night Live” has added three new cast members for its upcoming season.

One of them is TARAN KILLAM, who has been a cast member on “MadTV” and NICK CANNON’S “Wild ‘N Out”.  The other two are PAUL BRITTAIN and VANESSA BAYER, two Chicago comedians that you probably haven’t heard of.

If “SNL” did hire these people there’s a good chance that at least two more regulars won’t be returning next season.  Last week, WILL FORTE announced that he’s leaving, but beyond that, there’s been no official word on the cast.

PARIS HILTON: “…BUT IT WASN’T MINE!”

Nearly two months after a drug-related arrest in South Africa (after which she was never charged), Paris Hilton – who takes a wonderful mug shot – has been arrested again. She and her boyfriend, Cy Waits, were taken into custody on Friday night in Vegas. Waits was arrested on DUI charges while Paris was busted for possession of cocaine. She was released on her own recognizance and hired a lawyer, David Chesnoff. But here’s the best part: Paris’ excuse is that the cocaine wasn’t hers. In fact, Paris says that the entire purse wasn’t even hers – even though she was the only chick in the car. This is almost as good as Lindsay’s “the pants I’m wearing aren’t mine” excuse.

LINDSAY LOHAN’S COMEBACK PLANS

Lindsay Lohan is reportedly so focused on her comeback that she’s been turning down $150,000 offers for her to make club appearances! It seems that hell has, in fact, frozen over. Lindsay’s reportedly enlisted the two people who were critical in turning Britney Spears’ career around. The first is Nashville businesswoman Lou Taylor, who will take over her finances. And the other is Larry Rudolph, who she wants to help her restart her music career (what happened to the acting?). “It is unbelievable,” said a source. “Lindsay is like a whole new woman. Just months ago she was trawling the clubs until the early hours and keeping the wrong company. Now all she can think about is work, work, work.”

Also on Lindsay’s list of mentors is Kim Kardashian – but don’t worry, we don’t think she’s asking for tips on releasing a sex tape. Lindsay’s been talking to Kim about all her endeavors – her perfume range, clothes shops and TV shows – presumably to learn how to capitalize, herself.

GEORGE MICHAEL GOES TO REHAB: IT’S ABOUT TIME!

George Michael is finally seeking help for his drug problem. Just last week, the Wham singer pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was arrested in July after he drove his car into a London store. He was high on marijuana at the time and is facing prison time. Over the weekend, Michael revealed that after the incident, he checked himself into a 14-day detox program, and is now receiving outpatient treatment including drug counseling “several times a week.  “I want to thank you all sincerely, and also to reassure those of you who worry so much for me. I fully appreciate the seriousness of my current situation, for which I truly apologize,” said George in a statement. “Personal problems which I had tried to deal with myself had clearly got the better of me, and I am sorry that my pride has prevented me from seeking help before now.”

BRISTOL PALIN: A FAMEWHORE JUST LIKE LEVI JOHNSTON?

When Bristol Palin dumped Levi Johnston for the second time she said it was because all he wanted to do was be famous. Well, Levi is saying the same thing about his ex-fiancée, who is expected to compete on Dancing with the Stars this season. “I don’t think I’m any more obsessed with making a career out of this than she is,” he told The Early Show.  “I wouldn’t say I’m obsessed with [fame.] I’m just taking the opportunities as they come.”  Levi also told the morning show that he regrets issuing an apology to the Palin family during his second engagement to Bristol. He said he did it because “that was something I did to make my fiancée happy,” but he now says that the apology “makes me sound like a liar.” Levi will next star in a reality show that will follow his attempt to become mayor of Wasilla, Alaska, and he seems to think he has a shot at winning. He says, “I really don’t think the mayor’s about qualifications, but people liking you and believing in you.”   (So why again does he think he can win?)

JENNIFER ANISTON TO GO TOPLESS ON THE BIG SCREEN

After yet another disappointing performance at the box office with The Switch, Jennifer Aniston is looking to shake up her movie career. According to Hollywoodlife.com, the former Friends star plans to get a bit naughty for her new role in the film Wanderlust, which will feature her first-ever topless scene.  In the film, her character, described as a “free loving” married woman who moves to a hippie commune, indulges in threesomes with two other women, sleeps around with numerous men and takes drugs.

PLAYMATE SAYS HEIDI SEX TAPE DOES EXISTS!

Heidi Montag continues to insist there isn’t a sex tape for Spencer Pratt to sell, but her alleged girl-on-girl partner says differently. Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon admitted during a radio interview that a tape exists and claims that Spencer stole it from her. “There is a sex tape of me and Heidi. It’s just me and Heidi, that’s it,” said Karissa. “Me and Heidi were hanging out at her house in Malibu and he came over to pick up some stuff and he ‘accidentally’ took my camera.” Apparently Karissa is worried about what else may be on that tape. “Spencer had no right to steal my camera,” she says. “There are other things on there that I don’t want to come out, including the video of me and Heidi.”

DEETS ON JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE’S MAN CAVE

Tabloid sources claim that Justin Timberlake has recently installed a huge den in the form of a tree house on the grounds of his Los Angeles mansion; giving himself a private space for quiet time, or, to hang out with his buddies. A pal claims Justin had the tree house built for a reason.

He got it so that he and his buddies could escape a daily routine to drink and play cards. Justin has allegedly banned his girlfriend Jessica Biel from entering his new domain. In fact, the tree house has a ‘No Girls Allowed’ sign on the door! Justin had bought his $8 million property at Mulholland Drive way back in 2002 and has installed a basketball court and lately, and a five-hole putting green.

JUSTIN BIEBER IS SICK

Justin Bieber came down with some sort of illness last Friday. But don’t worry, he will be ok. He announced it to the world on Twitter. He said, “I’ve been super sick lately but u guys are carrying me. This really sucks.” The “I never want to let any of you down” part was probably about a concert he canceled over the weekend.  He was supposed to perform at the New York State Fair last night but now, it’s been rescheduled for this Wednesday night. Meanwhile, the not always reliable British press is reporting that Justin is being considered for a so called “reboot” of the “Back to the Future” franchise. Justin, of course, is being considered for the lead role which was played by Michael J. Fox in the original movies assuming that the casting people find that he’s, “capable of acting at that level.”

A “SOUTHERN” VERSION OF JERSEY SHORE ON THE WAY?

The producer of “The Jersey Shore” is teaming with Comedy Central for a southern version of the show. A blind-casting notice, posted a couple of months ago, included the promising working title “Party Down South”. Since then, Comedy Central has hopped on board.

The channel’s executives realized that “Jersey Shore” is only a couple of edits away from being a flat-out comedy. They cautioned, however, that the intention isn’t to do a stereotypical hick show. An insider promised, “It’s not ‘Redneck Jersey Shore’. We’re looking to have viewers laughing with the cast, not at them. We want a cast of funny people with stories to tell.”

LINDSAY LOHAN MAKING BANK CARRYING STUFF

Lindsay Lohan, who’s back on the road already (awesome), is reportedly making a bunch of money by just carrying things around with her. According to a source who spoke with Fox News, companies are willing to pay Lindsay if she gets photographed carrying their product. “Each company is offering between $2,000 and $10,000 for a photo of her with their products,” said the source. “Other companies are sending her masses of things for free hoping she’ll wear them.” Combine this with the money she’ll reportedly make off interviews and she’ll be able to pay that rehab bill in no time.

FAMEWHORE  SPENCER PRATT STILL THINKS THE HOPE FOR HIM AND HEIDI

Even though Spencer is threatening to release a sex tape of Heidi if she refuses to do another reality show with him, he still believes that there’s hope for their marriage. All they need, he says, is a little relationship counseling. But here’s where it gets awesome: TMZ’s source says Heidi’s on board! Apparently, Spencer has admitted to having a fame addiction (paging Dr. Drew) and says he’s now willing to do whatever it takes to stop his divorce from Heidi. We suggest he start by destroying the sex tapes.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt’s fake marriage and subsequent fake divorce may be heading towards a fake reconciliation. Sources tell TMZ that Heidi has decided she “still loves” Spencer and is willing to give things another try if they go to “relationship counseling.” Sources say Spencer has also indicated he’s willing to get help battling his “fame addiction,” which is one of the reasons the marriage fell apart. As for the rumored sex tape that Spencer is shopping, while Heidi still claims it doesn’t exist, it sounds like she may be lying. It seems a bit odd that even though there’s no tape, she wants to sit down with execs at Vivid Entertainment. TMZ got a hold of an email she sent to executive Steve Hirsch writing, “I don’t think Spencer has any footage of the two of us…but I really can’t tell. He can be sneaky.” She adds, “I wanted to drop you a line and let you know where Im (sic) at with all of this. If you decide to come to Costa Rica I look forward to hearing your thoughts.”

MADONNA HAS TO SCHEDULE TIME WITH HER KIDS

Madonna wants everyone to believe that she’s such a great mom, but it sounds like she’s too busy for her children. According to The Mail, Madonna has such a packed schedule that she sets aside 15 minutes a day for each of her four kids, and marks it in her diary like it was an appointment. The children are looked after by three nannies who all speak French because the tots are being raised bilingual.  And it’s not easy being one of Madge’s kids. Not only does she not allow TV, they eat a macrobiotic diet, with no red meat, pork or refined sugar. They only get cake or ice cream on their birthdays.

CAKE BOSS STAR ARRESTED

Remy Gonzalez, one of the stars of TLC’s Cake Boss, was arrested earlier this month in Morris County, NJ, and charged with aggravated sexual assault, criminal sexual assault, criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child. Details of his arrest were not released, but an insider tells The Wrap that the sexual assault charges “had nothing to do with the child, but they were in the house.” Gonzalez, who is married to show star Buddy Valestro’s sister Lisa, is being held on $300,000 bail. He is described on the Cake Boss website as a “top decorator” at Carlo’s City Hall Bake Shop.   He is expected to appear in court on September 7^th.

Glee’s Mark Salling is denying an Us Weekly report that claimed co-star (and sometimes girlfriend) Naya Rivera vandalized his car when she found out he’d been cheating with other women. The story claimed Naya keyed his Lexus and threw eggs at it, but on Wednesday Salling tweeted, “I don’t even drive a Lexus. Silly rumors we’re the best of friends.” He even posted this photo to prove it.

TIGER RESPONDS TO ELIN

Tiger Woods is responding to his ex-wife’s interview with People magazine – the first and last she’s giving since the infamous car crash over Thanksgiving. Elin Nordegren said that, despite the grief she’s been through, she feels stronger than she ever has. “I have confidence in my beliefs, my decisions and myself,” she said. “My immediate plan is for the kids and me to continue to adjust to our new situation. I am going to keep taking classes, but my main focus is to try to give myself time to heal.” In his own statement, Tiger praised Elin as a mother and emphasized that both of their main concern is caring for their children. And then he talked about golf. “I also appreciate golf more than ever. I understand how important the fans and the game are to me. I know how lucky I am to do what I do for a living, and I am deeply grateful for everyone who has supported me.”

MORE RULES FOR LINDSAY LOHAN TO BREAK

Lindsay Lohan is on the streets again but it comes with a new set of rules from Judge Elden Fox, which is good because Lindsay loves following rules. Anyway, she has to stay in California or get court approval to leave, submit to random drug testing, see a psychotherapist four days a week, go to behavioral therapy twice a week and she has to go to a 12-step program as well. If Lindsay fails any of her drug tests, she gets 30 days in jail … as if that’ll actually happen.

SANDRA BULLOCK AGREES TO TV INTERVIEW

Sandra Bullock has agreed to her first TV interview since discovering her husband Jesse James cheated on her. The Oscar winner will sit down with Matt Lauer on the Today Show Tuesday, in an interview that will take place in New Orleans, where the actress lives with son Louis. In other Sandra news…she’ll be on hand next week for a ribbon cutting at a  new health clinic at the Warren Easton Charter High School in New Orleans. Sandra was one of many donors who raised $700,000 to have the new medical and dental facility built at the school, which was left devastated by Hurricane Katrina.

MILEY CYRUS GETS DUMPED!

Miley Cyrus is back on the market. Gossip Cop reports that the Hannah Montana star and boyfriend Liam Hemsworth have called it quits. Sources tell the site that the pair split “pretty recently.” (Liam’s rep also confirmed the news to People.) The duo began dating last August when the met on the set of their film The Last Song.  We hear Liam dumped her because he doesn’t like her new “edgy” image.

JOHN TRAVOLTA AND KELLY PRESTON EXPECTING A BOY!

People.com reports that John Travolta and Kelly Preston are expecting a baby boy. The couple announced they were pregnant in April, 16 months after their son Jett died from a seizure at age 16. Earlier this month, the couple celebrated the joyous news with about 40 friends with a shower at their Los Angeles home.

JEALOUSY ON THE SET OF GLEE

On set romances don’t always work out well, as evidenced by the latest news from the set of Glee. Us Weekly reports that Mark Salling (Puck) and Naya Rivera (Santana) were dating, although not exclusively, and she got very jealous when he went out with other women. Insiders tell the mag that Naya, “went crazy when she read about other girls,” adding that, “when Naya found out, she and some pals trashed his Lexus.”  Insiders say she egged and keyed his expensive car. But one of Mark’s friends is defending his behavior. “He’s on top of the world right now and living it up,” she tells Us. “Besides, it’s hard to call it infidelity when they weren’t officially together!”

MOVIE TIDBITS:

• Katie Holmes is in talks to join Adam Sandler and Al Pacino in the flick Jack and Jill. The film stars Sandler as a family man named Jack, and as his twin sister Jill, who comes to visit for Thanksgiving and then won’t leave. Holmes will play Sandler’s wife, while Pacino will play himself.

• True Blood’s Anna Paquin and Veronica Mars’ Kristen Bell have joined the cast of Scream 4, which is currently shooting in Michigan. There’s no word on the characters they’ll play. Original Scream stars Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette return for the film, which also includes Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, and Adam Brody.

• Paramount is looking for some fresh blood to liven up the upcoming Mission Impossible 4. While Tom Cruise, Ving Rhames and Simon Pegg will all return, the studio is hoping to cast a younger actor to join the MI crew. Several actors have reportedly tested for a role, including The Hurt Locker’s Anthony Mackie, Letters to Juliet’s Chris Egan and Transamerica’s Kevin Zegers. It’s unclear whether the actors are all competing for the same part, or if there are several roles to be had.

DETAILS ON OPRAH’S “OWN” NETWORK

Oprah Winfrey poses with Dr. Phil, Dr. Oz and Nate Berkus for the latest issue of TV Guide, where she opens up about ending her 25-year-old syndicated talk show after this season and moving on to OWN, The Oprah Winfrey Network, debuting Jan. 1.

Here are some highlights:

On getting emotional about the end: “I don’t intend to be crying the whole season. The only time I get really emotional and nostalgic about the show is when I think about the viewers. … The show hasn’t been a big part of my life. It’s been my life. I didn’t have children. I had the show.”

On rules for celebs this season: “This year is about creating moments. So I can assure you we’re saying to all of our celebrity friends this is not the year you can come on and just promote your book or promote your song. You have to create moments.”

Will President Obama come on for the final season?: “I did not ask him to come on this year. But I did say, ‘ I’m sure you will hear from somebody on my team before this year is over.’ I’m sure that at some point I will see a taped message or something.”

On how Jerry Springer inspired OWN: “I was frustrated with what television was becoming. I was sitting with (Stedman) and he said, ‘Why don’t you just create your own network?’ I was scribbling on a piece of paper and wrote that down. I realized my own network was my initials and I went, ‘Aha!’ … This was May 14, 1992.”

On her presence on OWN: “You will see me every day on the network. You will not see me every day on an hour show. I am going to be doing an interview show called Oprah’s Next Chapter two or three times a week.” Will she ever retire?: “Believe me, I have vacillated between ‘Do I want to take on the OWN challenge, or do I want to go yachting?’ But everybody who knows me says, ‘You will be miserable. You think you want six months off, but you will be so miserable and will drive everybody crazy.’”

JAMES CAMERON TALKS ABOUT THE NEW VERSION OF “AVATAR” AND MORE!

Cameron spoke to Reuters about the nine minutes of new film on the “special edition,” the movie’s success, and whether movies or science is his favored pursuit.

Q: Why a new one? The first was pretty good.

A: “There are a couple of factors. There’s footage I think people would be interested in. I don’t want to completely reinvent the movie and turn it into something it’s not. It’s really more an embellishment; it’s a fuller experience.

“The other factor is I think people want to see ‘Avatar’ in movie theaters. That’s just my instinct. This all came about because when “Alice in Wonderland” came out, they had booked all the Imax 3D screens. We were still doing well, still selling out … but we lost all those screens in one night. So, we knew there was still a market for people seeing the film.”

Q: Many people, me included, thought, ‘they already made $2.7 billion! How much more do they want?’ Money grubbers?’”

A: “Yeah, we are just money grubbing vampires. (smiles) No, I think making money is called good business. At least, in this country it still is. And two, it’s a side-effect of giving people what they want. If we’re correct and this is what people want, then we’ve done a humanitarian service (laughs).”

Q: Right, Hollywood does perform humanitarian services.

A: “Sometimes. (laughs again) Sometimes it can, but it’s usually just liberal guilt…

“No, it’s like an illuminated manuscript, there’s just more to it. I also want to encourage people to remember the movie in 3D on the big screen. And this will be the last hurrah … It’ll disappear from big screens — other than an occasional Imax may want to book it — for 10 years, 20 years, maybe forever.”

Q: So, the new footage, what are people going to see?

A: “We got different kinds of stuff. Some of it little things, 10-, 15-, 30-second pops that just show up here and there where if you’ve seen the movie, you’ll ask yourself, ‘did I see that before, or is that new.’

“Then, there are going to be things like a big action scene where they hunt these herd animals that didn’t even exist in the first movie because we’d cut them out. There are new creatures, a big flight scene, almost like a Buffalo hunt. I think it’s one of the top visual scenes in the film.

“There’s an emotional scene that plays out at the end where Tsu’tey is dying and there’s a very emotional scene with Jake and Neytiri. Everybody thought I was crazy when I took it out. I did it for pace and tempo, but I was playing it pretty conservative. I was concerned about eye fatigue on a 2-hour and 40-minute film. I was concerned about sensory overload…

“We never got much criticism about length. I was expecting a lot. I was expecting at least critics to say, ‘really good film’ or ‘pretty good film, but too long,’ but we didn’t get much of that. It seemed like we had permission to go longer.”

Q: So, you and Fox have the two top grossing films of all time. Can you now get about anything you want from Fox?

A: “Do they listen to me more, now? Probably not, if they weren’t going to listen to me after ‘Titanic,’ they’re not going to listen to me now, any more or any less.”

Q: You’re doing another ‘Avatar’ film. Is there a third?

A: “The next script will be essentially two scripts, and I don’t know if we’ll shoot it together or shoot it separately. We’ll release it separately, obviously.

“If that works, there will probably be another one, but at that point, I probably won’t be directing them. I do want to do the second and probably the third film myself just because it’s so much a part of me and my philosophy and ideas.”

Q: Beyond movies, you’ve become a bona fide expert on deep underwater exploration. When all is said and done, what do you want to be remembered for — big movies or exploration?

A: “What goes on the tombstone?” (laughs)

Q: Well, without having to ask it that way, yes.

A: “I’m satisfied with ‘innovator’ because it requires innovation to do all this deep ocean exploration. We’re building lights, cameras, robotics, submersibles, fiber optic systems, and I love all that stuff. I love imagining something, building it, and making it work in the ocean…

“On the filmmaking side, there’s the innovation of how you make the movie and there’s the innovation of what the movie is, meaning the story, the characters, the creation of a world, the imagination required for that. I love all that stuff. The problem for me is task managing in such a way that I don’t get so focused on one that I forget about doing the other.”

LINDSAY IS FREE!!

Lindsay Lohan is a free woman. While initial reports claimed that the Mean Girls star would be leaving UCLA Medical Center this morning, Radaronline reported last night that she left the facility yesterday afternoon after only 23 days of treatment. According to the report, Lindsay was escorted out of UCLA’s back door and into a waiting limousine. TMZ reports that doctors at UCLA told Judge Elden Fox that they felt she could leave treatment immediately and the judge agreed.  She is now expected to receive outpatient care. Lindsay was originally sentenced to 90 days in rehab.

KARA DIOGUARDI SAYS SHE TRIED TO QUIT IDOL

In what we assume is an attempt to save face, former American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi is claiming that she tried to quit the show two months ago. You know, before the whole show shake-up went down. “She went to Fox two months ago and told them she didn’t want to do another season,” a source told E!. “She’s ready to move on. She did two years and thinks that’s enough.” And now DioGuardi, the poor thing, can’t get another job because of her contract with the network. “It’s frustrating because she can’t even take any meetings … everyone wants to know what her schedule will be like, but she doesn’t know. What happens if Fox tells her they still want her for next season?” They probably won’t.

MICHAEL DOUGLAS BATTLING EX WHILE FIGHTING CANCER

Lawyers for Michael Douglas and his ex-wife Diandra were in a New York courtroom yesterday battling over money. Diandra claims she is entitled to half her ex’s earnings from the upcoming film Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps because her multi-million dollar divorce agreement gives her the right to share in proceeds from spinoffs of projects Michael did while they were married.  Since the new flick is a sequel to Douglas’ 1987 film Wall Street she  should get the money. But Douglas’ camp argued that Diandra is misinterpreting their agreement, and that the new Wall Street film wasn’t in the works when they divorced and he didn’t have any guarantee he’d be in a sequel if one was ever made. “When does it stop? … She’s not Mrs. Michael Douglas” the actor’s lawyer told a judge. “It’s enough. It’s time for Ms. Douglas to move on and let Mr. Douglas move on and enjoy his life, without having to concern himself with someone trying to claw back moneys that they’re not entitled to.” Diandra has already made $6.3 million from residual proceeds from other past projects.

SCANDAL ON SIMON COWELL’S X-FACTOR

Simon Cowell is bringing X Factor to America next fall, but first he’s dealing with some controversy over the British show. A new season kicked off this past Saturday and it was discovered that the program has been using Auto-Tune to correct pitch mistakes and make contestants sound better. The discovery happened after Saturday’s premiere, when 18-year-old Gamu Nhengu was unanimously voted to the next round. Fans started complaining on Facebook that it was obvious vocal enhancements were used to make Gamu sound better, forcing the show to admit she had help. A spokesperson said they use Auto-Tune because of all the microphones on stage to “deliver the most entertaining experience possible for viewers.” But after the uproar, the rep says that it will no longer be used and that all subsequent live shows will indeed “be live.”  And that’s not the only scandal. It was revealed earlier this week that 24-year-old Katie Waissel, who made it to the next round, already has a record contract in the U.S.. Producers are now deciding whether to drop her from the show.

WILL JENNIFER ANISTON FINALLY GIVE UP ROMANTIC COMEDIES?

JENNIFER ANISTON’S latest romantic comedy, “The Switch”, earned $8.4 million in its opening weekend.  In other words, it was another bomb. And it sounds like she’s finally getting the hint and getting out of the romantic comedy racket.A so-called “source” says, quote, “Jen thinks she’s outgrown these types of movies.  They were cute and audiences loved them years ago, but that’s not what they want to see or, at least, not with Jen. “She kind of knew this was coming, but she didn’t expect ‘The Switch’ to do that badly at the box office.” Jen has some stuff lined up that’s a little bit off the beaten path for her.  In the dark comedy “Horrible Bosses”, she plays an oversexed dentist who sexually harasses an employee.

She’s also planning on starring in and directing “The Goree Girls” the true story of a female inmates in the 1940s who formed a country and western group. Then there’s “Counter-Clockwise” a movie she plans to direct about a psychologist who “reverses” the aging process by making her patients believe they’re younger.

WAS THERE PHYSICAL VIOLENCE IN TIGER AND ELIN’S MARRIAGE?

Elin Nordegren tells People Magazine that she’s “been through hell” since finding out about Tiger Woods’ infidelity and that a marriage “without trust and love” is not a good one.

Nordegren, who denies she ever hit her ex-husband, said the couple tried to reconcile but it wasn’t to be. “There was never any violence inside or outside our home,” she said. “The speculation that I would have used a golf club to hit him is just truly ridiculous.”

Reporter Sandra Sobieraj Westfall told NBC that Nordegren approached the magazine about an interview.

MORE CLAIMS THE SPEIDI BREAKUP IS FAKE

A source close to Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt confirms what everyone’s been saying for months…their divorce is all for show. “They are still a couple,” the insider tells Usmagazine.com. “They are not really breaking up.” The source adds, “It’s disgusting and vile, but Spencer will do anything to keep his fame, even tempting companies with [the sex tapes]. Whatever they do, though, will be together. He is doing nothing behind her back.” The source claims the sex tape does indeed exist, but Spencer’s talk of selling it is as fake as everything else.  ”This is all a PR stunt,” says the source. “They will never really sell unless they get desperate.”

GLEE CASTS KURT’S NEW BOYFRIEND

Earlier this month it was announced that former iCarly star Chord Overstreet would be joining the cast of Glee, and now comes word that he may actually be playing a new boyfriend for Chris Colfer’s character Kurt. It was already known that Overstreet’s character Sam was a member of the football team who becomes pals with Finn (Cory Montieth), and on Sunday, Jane Lynch may have slipped and revealed he’ll also be Kurt’s love interest. “They’ve cast him already,” said Lynch when asked about Kurt’s new beau. “He becomes the new star quarterback and he’s going to be Kurt’s boyfriend. He’s tall, boyish with straight blond hair and big fat pouty lips.”

PIRANHA 3-D SEQUEL ON THE WAY

Piranha 3D may have only grossed $10 million at the box office this weekend, but that’s not stopping the franchise. Reports claim that plans are already in the works for a sequel to the bloody flick. “We had such a good time that even those cast members who ended up dead want to be in the sequel,” producer Mark Canton told Deadline.com. “We’ll have to figure out how that could work.”

LINDSAY LOHAN COULD BE OUT OF REHAB TODAY!

According to reports at TMZ, Lindsay Lohan might be out of rehab as early as today! Her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, made a surprise appearance in court yesterday and met with Judge Elden Fox. No one is talking about the specifics of what was discussed inside, but doctors at UCLA Medical Center reportedly don’t feel that Lindsay needs the full 30 days of treatment, let alone the 90 days that Judge Marsha Revel sentenced her to. Reports say that Judge Fox will probably release Lindsay this week, possibly today, and that she’ll start her outpatient care. This means that Lindsay out in time for all the Labor Day parties. Awesome.

Lady Gaga is the new Queen of Twitter. As of Monday, she had 5,741,000 followers, surpassing Britney Spears by almost 40,000. And, in true Gaga style, she posted a thank you video to her fans over the weekend. “Hello world — this is Lady Gaga, queen of Twitter,” she said while wearing a lace crown and waving a blue wand. “I wanted to thank all my beautiful little monsters for following me. MILEY CYRUS engages in some pretty wild behavior in her upcoming movie, “LOL:  Laughing Out Loud”.In the course of the film, Miley’s character loses her virginity, smokes pot, gets drunk, kisses a girl AND shows her mother played by DEMI MOORE,  her Brazilian wax.

Demi even has a line where she says, quote, “You’re my daughter, and I won’t let you turn into a porn star!” In a recent interview with MTV News, however, Demi said that Miley is, quote, “incredibly grounded” and nothing like her character.

TIGER AND ELIN OFFICIALLY DIVORCED

Tiger Woods is a swinging single again. TMZ reports that Tiger and Elin Nordegren officially finalized their divorce yesterday, with both parties present at the Bay County Circuit Court in Panama City, Florida for the execution of the agreement. “We are sad that our marriage is over and we wish each other the very best for the future,” said the couple in a statement. “While we are no longer married, we are the parents of two wonderful children and their happiness has been, and will always be, of paramount importance to both of us. Once we came to the decision that our marriage was at an end, the primary focus of our amicable discussions has been to ensure their future well-being. The weeks and months ahead will not be easy for them as we adjust to a new family situation, which is why our privacy must be a principal concern.” Terms of the settlement were not revealed, although rumors claimed that Elin was getting $100 million. Divorce documents described their marriage as “irretrievably broken,” and claim the couple reached an agreement back in July. In addition, Elin asked that her maiden name, Elin Maria Pernilla Nordegren, be restored.

Jennifer Aniston has reportedly gone back to an old boyfriend. According to The Mirror, Aniston is once again dating John Mayer. This will be the third time the couple has gotten together. Sources tell the tab that Aniston and Mayer met up at one of the rocker’s recent concerts in New York and have been in contact ever since. “He told her he really wanted to see her and even paid for a private jet to fly her from LA. They spent hours in his hotel suite at the Four Seasons, ordering room service and drinking wine,” said a source. “But Jen’s been hurt by him before and isn’t prepared to go public with the relationship just yet.”

FANTASIA DISCUSSES SUICIDE ATTEMPT

In an interview airing tonight on VH1, Fantasia Barrino opens up about her recent suicide attempt and confirms that she did indeed overdose on purpose. ”I didn’t have any fight in me. I didn’t care about anything. I just wanted out,” she tells VH1 in a new Behind the Music interview. “At that moment, I wanted out. I wanted it to be over with – all of it, all of that [expletive].” She adds, “I just sat in the closet and looked at the mirror and took all the pills in the bottle. I wanted to go to sleep and just be at peace. I knew exactly what I was doing. You can’t accidentally take a whole bottle of pills.”

And speaking of Jersey Shore, according to the Hollywood Reporter, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino stands to earn more than $5 million by the end of the year. In addition to the $60,000-an-episode he gets for the MTV show, he earns anywhere from $15,000-$50,000 in event-appearance fees.  In addition, he has a fitness video, The Situation Workout, coming out, as well as a chewable supplement line. He also earned a six-figure advance for the autobiography Here’s the Situation and has signed on to endorse a new vodka line, which earned him six figures plus partial ownership of the brand. Then there’s his “GTL” app, a rap song on iTunes, and endorsement deals with Vitamin Water and Reebok.

PROOF “SPEIDI” IS FAKING IT?!

For conspiracy theorists who believe everything Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag do, even their divorce, is fake, there may finally be some proof. Reports over the weekend claimed that Heidi wanted nothing to do with Spencer and was furious because he’s going to sell her sex tape. They were reportedly in Costa Rica fighting about the video, but yesterday a cameraman caught them together. The video shows them walking side by side at a Costa Rican resort and as soon as the pair saw the cameras they ran their separate ways.  Spencer told People that he is in Costa Rica to give Heidi her dogs, and Heidi says that at first things were going fine. “Everything was calm and going smoothly with the divorce,” she says. “We were really getting along and it was amazing he was being so thoughtful to help me move. Then things turned.” By turned, Heidi is referring to Spencer’s allegations of a sex tape. Heidi insists “There is no sex tape that exists and there never was,” but Spencer insists there is.  (Does the fact they did both agreed to talk to People seem suspicious to anyone else?)

DANCING WITH THE STARS DEETS

Perez Hilton reports that The Hills’ Audrina Patridge and singer Brandy have signed on to compete on the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars. OK! magazine claims Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino is also on board. ABC will officially announce the cast in a live press conference airing during the August 30^th episode of Bachelor Pad. Dancing with the Stars premieres September 20^th.

EMINEM SET TO PERFORM AT VMA’S

Eminem was added to the list of performers for this year’s MTV Video Music Awards on September 12th. Slim Shady is nominated for eight Moonmen for his “Recovery” album.

Indiana Jones is coming back to the big screen yet again, says Indy 4 star ShiaLaBeouf. Shia tells the UK press that he’s in talks to return for a fifth installment. Harrison Ford will likely be back as well, although he says he’ll only sign on if he likes the story. “They’re scriptwriting now,” Shia told the Daily Express. “It sounds crazy. It sounds really cool.”

IS THERE A GIRL ON GIRL HEIDI SEX TAPE?

While we thought marrying Spencer was the worst thing Heidi could have done, it seems that divorcing him is the real bad move. Spencer, who has threatened to come out with a tell-all book, is now saying that he has a Triple-X video of Heidi and Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon. Spencer apparently came upon it while cleaning out the Malibu home where he lived with Heidi and sources have told TMZ that that it gave him the brilliant idea to sell his “library” of Heidi videos to Vivid Entertainment. Spencer and Heidi reportedly met at a hotel in Costa Rica under the pretenses that Spencer would turn over their two dogs. He did that and then told Heidi that he’ll release the tapes if she doesn’t agree to another reality show with him.

Meanwhile, Spencer is reportedly asking for $5 million and believes that this is the best thing for Heidi. ”When I realized how much Kim [Kardashian] was making, my logic is this is the best thing I can do for my ex-wife. Kim is on the cover of Allure right now. Heidi isn’t on the cover of Allure.”

KANYE WEST AND TAYLOR SWIFT TO REUNITE?

Kanye West ripped the microphone out of Taylor Swift’s hand at the MTV VMAs last year during her acceptance speech for Best Female Video (Beyonce‘s was the best video of ALL TIME!!). It was the show’s biggest talking point for, like, months. So who wouldn’t want to reunite them for this year’s show!? Chelsea Handler sure does, thank goodness. During an interview last week, the 2010 VMA host said she’d like to get Yeezy and Swifty together on stage again. “We’ve never really seen them together since then. They were supposed to be together on SNL, but then that didn’t end up happening … We’ll try to think of something clever to do with them,” she said, “because that would be really fun.” Indeed, it would.

TRUE BLOOD STARS WED

True Blood stars Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer got hitched on Saturday. The couple, who met on the set of the HBO series, tied the knot in Malibu, California under a tent near the beach.  Usmagazine.com reports that Paquin, 28, wore a white halterneck, three-quarter length gown and black platform court shoes, while Moyer, 40, wore a dark suit. Guests in attendance included Elijah Wood and the pair’s True Blood castmates Ryan Kwanten, Sam Trammell, Rutina Wesley and Carrie Preston, plus Preston’s husband Michael Emerson (Lost). Not long after the wedding, Moyer was caught by paparazzi stripping off his suit and jumping into the ocean with other guests, as his new bride looked on. 

BETTY WHITE WINS AN EMMY

The year of Betty White continues. The 88-year old picked up an Emmy award Saturday, nabbing the Best Guest Actress, Comedy, trophy for her stint hosting Saturday Night Live. This was White’s fifth Emmy. Her previous awards were for her work on The Mary Tyler Moore Show and The Golden Girls. Other winners announced at Saturday’s Creative Arts Emmys, include: Neil Patrick Harris, Best Guest Actor, Comedy for Glee; John Lithgow,  Best Guest Actor, Drama for Dexter;  Ann-Margret, Best Guest Actress, Drama for Law & Order: Special Victims Unit; Jeff Probst, Best Reality Show Host and Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution, Best Reality Program. MADONNA HEADED TO VEGAS?

Britain’s not-always-reliable “Sun” tabloid claims Madonna received a $1 billion offer to do a five-year residency in Las Vegas similar to the ones done by Cher, Elton John and Celine Dion. Supposedly, she’s considering it. However, the “Las Vegas Review-Journal” reports that this doesn’t add up.

They point out that Dion, one of Las Vegas’ biggest draws, just signed a three-year, $100 million Vegas deal. They estimate that Madonna would have to work five nights a week, for 50 weeks a year, just to pull in $750 million. In other words, if Madonna is mulling an offer to do a Vegas show it isn’t one worth $1 billion.

BRITNEY SPEARS TO WED AGAIN?

According to Now Magazine, Britney Spears is heading down the aisle again. Sources say that Spears is planning to marry her former agent Jason Trawick later this year. The source said, “Britney’s on top of the world right now and has started wedding plans.

They’ve decided to have a small, intimate ceremony – not a big media circus – but they’d like to say ‘I do’ by the end of the year. She’s aware that there’ll be a big age gap between her elder son Sean and her next baby, so she definitely wants it to be sooner rather than later. Spears’ dad Jamie and mom Lynne are fully supportive. They’ve known Jason for years and trust him completely.”

As for her career, “Glee” is going to pay tribute to Madonna again, but this time in the form of Spears. In the upcoming Spears episode, she will recreate her 2003 “Me Against the Music” video, but this time Spears will stand in for Madonna. Spears posted a picture on Twitter and wrote: “All my Gleerkers in the crowd grab a partner take it down. Had so much fun on set.” The picture shows Spears wearing an all-white suit like the one Madonna wore in their video. Heather Morris plays cheerleader Brittany. She’s in the picture standing pinned against a wall in a black suit and blue collar.

DOCTORS SAY LINDSAY IS NOT AN ADDICT!

According to reports at TMZ, Lindsay Lohan wasn’t lying when she said she wasn’t an addict. She’s just been a selfish pain in the butt, we guess. Doctors at UCLS Medical Center apparently think Judge Marsha Revel overreacted when she sentenced Lindsay to 90 days in rehab. She’s been weaned off her meds – Dilaudid, Ambien, Adderal, Zoloft, Trazodone and Nexium – with no adverse reactions. And she hasn’t had any withdrawl from alcohol. The doctors also say Lindsay doesn’t have ADHD either, which she was taking the Adderal for. And on top of it all, Lindsay does not have bipolar disorder – she simply has a personality disorder, which is common and partly the result of difficulties growing up in Hollywood. Or of growing up with her parents … ZING!

In the end, doctors think that 30 days is enough for Lindsay, followed by outpatient care.

JUSTIN BIEBER PROPOSES A DEAL TO DAVID BECKHAM

David Beckham revealed at the Teen Choice Awards that his three sons – Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, seven, and Cruz, five – are huge fans of Justin Bieber. Well, Bieber wants to use that to his advantage. The teen sensation told The Sun that he’d give the Beckham clan a private performance in exchange for some soccer lessons. “I am sure he would do anything to make his three boys happy and if I am their favorite artist I would happily come and put on a private show at the Beckham household,” Biebs said. “All I would ask for in return is that we go into his yard for an hour afterwards and he teaches me all those crazy things he can do with a soccer ball.”

Apparently Katherine “finally had enough” of Joe’s behavior.80-year-old Katherine filed for divorce after Joe blamed her for Michael’s death during an interview. A long time family friend told the UK’s Daily Star, “After 60 years, she’s had enough. She’s been humiliated by him for too long. She’s absolutely livid. This time there’s no going back.” Katherine has been living with family in Encino, California while Joe has been staying in Las Vegas spending nights out at strip clubs. Until now, Katherine had refused to divorce because she’s a Jehovah’s Witness, but things have finally come to a head.

Jennifer Aniston was one of several celebrities ripped off by a Beverly Hills hairdresser and yesterday she was asked about it on Good Morning America. Maria Gabriella Perez, 51, was arrested Wednesday on fraud charges. She allegedly stole her clients’ card numbers and rang up thousands of dollars in bogus charges. Actress Liv Tyler had a whopping $214,000 in bad charges on her card. Aniston told GMA that she hasn’t gone to that salon in more than five years because she had a situation with the owner “that was not cool.”  ”I sort of stopped going to her – paid her the money and left,” said Aniston. “I knew something like this would eventually happen because there was no way you can get away with that.”
