JUDGE WARNS LINDSAY PLEA DEAL WILL INVOLVE JAIL!
Lindsay Lohan’s hopes for a plea deal that didn’t involve jail time went out the window yesterday. At a hearing for her felony grand theft case, the judge told Lindsay any plea deal she accepts will include time behind bars. “I’m going to tell you, this case does involve jail time period,” said Judge Keith Schwartz. “If this is resolved in front of me, you will be going to jail.” Schwartz added, “I treat everybody the same. I don’t care that you’re Lindsay Lohan, what I look at is what are the charges.” TMZ reports that D.A. Danette Meyers has offered Lindsay a deal that would involve her spending six months in jail. The judge yesterday indicated that he didn’t think Lindsay’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley would accept the offer, which seems to back a source who told TMZ that Lindsay plans to go to trial. If she’s found guilty she faces one year in jail. Lindsay is due back in court March 10th.|

We have to love that much more. We have to be that much more present.” Charlie’s brother Emilio Estevez sounds like he’s accepted there’s nothing much he can do for Charlie. “You get used to it,” said Emilio about his brother’s behavior. “After 30 years…40 some years, you build up an immunity I guess.”

Oscar hosts Anne Hathaway and James Franco say they have no intention of insulting their audience like Ricky Gervais did at the Golden Globes. “I can guarantee that if you’re looking for someone to call people out, we’re not your hosts,” Hathaway tells The Hollywood Reporter. “I think that humor is really difficult to pull off, and I’m not particularly adept at it.” She adds, “I wouldn’t feel comfortable doing it. Also, I don’t mean to sound overly serious, but I am the youngest host in history and I have no business being cynical or calling anyone out. I certainly haven’t earned the right to do that.” In addition to hosting, Franco is up for Best Actor for 127 Hours, but he doesn’t seem to be fretting the outcome of his category. “Nobody is shy about saying Colin Firth is going to win,” he says. “I’ve accepted that.
