It’s no secret that the Kardashian Klan makes a boatload of money. In fact, the Hollywood Reporter says that they actually earned a whopping $65 million in 2010. So how did they earn so much dough? Well, in addition to their many E! shows, the family charges for just about everything.  Just a few of the fees they received include: $7,500 for staged photos of Kourtney and boyfriend Scott Disick on vacation; Kim Kardashian gets paid $25,000 to tweet about products, and she gets anywhere from $100,000 to $1 million for personal appearances; and an exclusive story about Kourtney’s pregnancy, including photos, earned them $300,000, while an exclusive about Khloe and Lamar Odom’s wedding went for the same price. And if that’s not crazy enough, later this year the family will open Kardashian Khaos at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas, which will stock every product the family currently endorses, as well as items made specifically for the store. The casino will also have room keys with the girls’ images, mini-bars stocked with Kardashian-branded water and slot machines with pictures of the sisters.

….and by the way, is Kourtney engaged?!

Kourtney Kardashian says she isn’t engaged to boyfriend and her baby daddy, Scott Disick. Several tabloids reported that the two were engaged earlier this week. But the reality star went on Twitter to shoot down the rumor. A source close to the couple also said they are not engaged.

NO CHARGES FOR OKSANA…YET

We’re going to have to wait a little longer to find out if the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office will file extortion charges against Oksana Grigorieva. Oksana’s ex Mel Gibson has accused her of threatening to release incriminating audio tapes if he didn’t pay her. (They were released anyway.) The L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. turned over its report on the extortion investigation Wednesday, and sources say the D.A. won’t make a decision about charging Oksana this week because the file is complicated and he wants to take his time to digest it.

OKSANA TURNED DOWN $18 MILLION

Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Times got a hold of documents that reveal just what happened behind-the-scenes at the beginning of the whole Mel/Oksana scandal. In February, 2009, Mel told Oksana she needed a lawyer because he was planning to add their baby Lucia to his estate. According to the paper, at the time, Oksana was “not entitled to any of the actor’s fortune under the terms of a 2009 cohabitation agreement that said she would get only a year’s free rent in a Sherman Oaks home Gibson owned and a Dodge Charger if they split.” That’s when Oksana, who by then had incriminating tapes and photos, assembled a team of lawyers and asked Mel for $20 million. Mel offered her $16 mil, and they were about to settle for $18 mil, with the baby getting $11 mil and Oksana getting more than $5 mil plus a Steinway piano, when Oksana backed out claiming she was coerced into signing the agreement. While the entire thing was playing out, Mel was still sending Oksana texts that sounded like he wanted her back. “You don’t call. You don’t accept my invitation to come. You hand tapes around & jeopardize us all,” he texted Grigorieva on the day she was offered $18 million settlement.  She replied by saying, “I wouldn’t have played ur messages if u were keeping ur word.”

MILEY MAD AT DAD!

Miley Cyrus is not happy about her dad’s recent comments in GQ magazine. In the article, Billy Ray Cyrus bashed the Disney show that made Miley famous, saying that Hannah Montana destroyed his family. “To say Miley is angry is an understatement,” a source tells Popeater. “She is furious that her own flesh and blood would make a private matter so public. Who does he think he is, Michael Lohan?” Insiders say Miley thinks her dad’s actions are “unforgivable.” “This isn’t what a father does,” said the source. “He never said a bad word about Hannah Montana all those years it made millions for the family and now that Miley has turned 18 and is making her own decisions he does this.”

WATSON SNUBBED AT AWARDS SHOW

Harry Potter star Emma Watson received the Elle Style Icon award on Monday, but quite embarrassingly, the woman presenting her the honor had no idea who she was.  Designer Vivienne Westwood was chosen to give the award and admitted that she was a bit “out of the loop” when it came to Watson.  Westwood said, “I was supposed to welcome and to announce the winner of the Style Icon — which I’m going to do — and I was given this text about a woman and how amazing she is …But I didn’t know who she was.”  Westwood later explained that she “never watches television,” and goes to movies, “maybe once a year,” but when she was finally told who Watson was, she said, “oh, she’s really lovely, of course I’ll do it.” The whole incident didn’t seem to bother Watson at all, and she could be seen laughing throughout Westwood’s speech.

TWO AND A HALF MEN TO RESUME FEBRUARY 28^TH

Looks like Charlie Sheen will be going back to work soon. Sources tell the Hollywood Reporter that Two and a Half Men will resume production February 28^th, although they will produce only four of the season’s eight remaining episodes.

ANOTHER SKINS CONTROVERSY

MTV’s controversial show Skins is in hot water again, this time for a racy photo shoot that appeared in Elle magazine. The spread showed members of the cast posing in sexy lingerie, angering the Parents Television Council, who have already been critical of the series.  The organization’s director, Melissa Henson, calls the photos “worse” than the racy Glee GQ shots, adding, “With this, even though the poses are less provocative, the fact that they have these underage girls wearing lingerie is troubling. It does contribute to the problem we’re seeing increasingly, sexualizing young girls.”  But the mag is defending the photos. “Innerwear as outerwear has been a trend for decades, and (Elle magazine’s creative director) Joe Zee’s point was to make what the actors wear on their show more fashion, less vulgar,” Elle editor-in-chief, Robbie Myers, said in a statement to EW.com. “The content of Skins is infinitely more racy than anything we’d have them do. And we had the blessing of their parents: they were at the shoot.”

NATALIE EXPECTING A BOY

Life & Style magazine is reporting that pregnant Oscar nominee Natalie Portman and fiancé Benjamin Millepied are expecting a baby boy.  “They’ve only told a very small group of family members and friends that they’re expecting a son,” said a source. “They are so excited. Benjamin can’t wait to be a father.”

CLOONEY’S GIRLFRIEND DOESN’T WANT KIDS

Guess we won’t be seeing any mini-George Clooneys running around anytime soon. Clooney’s girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis has revealed that she doesn’t plan on having kids. “[Getting pregnant has] never been an objective for me,” Canalis tells the Italian edition of Cosmopolitan. “My maternal desires are fully satisfied with my dogs.”   So, why does Canalis prefer her “American boyfriend,” to the men in her native Italy? “Italian men find it really hard to say, ‘I love you,’” she says. “In summary, American men are more open from an emotional standpoint.”

PARIS TO MARRY BEAU?

Paris Hilton’s love life finally seems to be going well. In an interview yesterday, the 30-year-old opened up about her relationship with Cy Waits. “It’s really serious and I’m so happy,” she said. “He is an incredible person and I’m so lucky. Things have never been better in my life. I’m in a great place.” When asked if she thought Waits was going to propose, Paris replied, “I’m sure. Yeah. We love each other very much so we will see what happens.”

PARKER STILL UP FOR MORE SEX

Although Sex and the City 2 was a bomb, Sarah Jessica Parker hasn’t completely given up on the franchise.  “I would go back,” she told the L.A. Times. “I think there’s one more story to tell. I know there is … Maybe in five years, you know?” There were recently rumors that Blake Lively had been cast to play Carrie in a Sex prequel (they were denied); something Parker doesn’t want to see happen at all. “I was like, Wha-a-a-a-t?” she said. “I don’t begrudge any 21-year-old the opportunity to tell their stories. They prove to us on an everyday basis that they’re interesting. Even their narcissism is interesting. Even their inertia is interesting. Even their tonal speech patterns are interesting. But I don’t think we can pretend to go back. It’s creating two histories.”

CIBRIAN’S EX STARTS A CATFIGHT ON TWITTER WITH RIMES!

Eddie Cibrian’s ex Brandi Glanville has decided to publicly air her problems with his new fiancée, LeAnn Rimes. Glanville recently posted a series of rants on Twitter after LeAnn apparently offered to sing at Eddie’s son’s school.  “I told Eddie to please tell you that I think it is highly inappropriate for you to sing in my sons class on Friday,” Glanville wrote. “Boundries!!” She later wrote, “It’s Mason’s week share his family with the class. it isn’t ur place. Let Eddie read a script. You are not his parent. RESPECT!”  LeAnn didn’t really respond to Glanville’s ramblings, although she did allude to the tweets, writing, “I have asked once and would hope my fans would please respect my wishes…please do not retweet me anyone else’s drama.”

● Glee stars Mark Salling and Amber Riley will perform in front of President Barak Obama as part of the PBS special The Motown Sound: In Performance at the White House. Others performing at the event include: Jamie Foxx, Sheryl Crow, Nick Jonas, John Legend, Smokey Robinson, Seal and Jordin Sparks. The performance will be taped Thursday, February 24^th and air Tuesday, March 1^st.

●  Chicago Hope’s Christine Lahti is coming back to TV, starring in the CBS drama pilot The Doctor. She’ll play a mother who reconnects with her adult children when she joins the family medical practice.

●  Lost’s Michael Emerson will star in the CBS pilot Person of Interest, which is being executive produced by his old boss, Lost creator J. J. Abrams.  Emerson will play a billionaire who works alongside an ex-CIA agent to stop violent crime. (Can we suggest Terry O’Quinn, a.k.a. John Locke, to play the agent?)

● Model, designer and author India Hicks, who was one of Princess Diana’s bridesmaids, has been hired by TLC to dish about Diana’s wedding to Prince Charles. Secrets of a Royal Bridesmaid will air April 24^th, five days before Prince William marries Kate Middleton. Hicks, who is Prince William’s cousin, is also expected to talk about the Prince’s April 29^th wedding at Westminster Abbey.

● Glee’s Mike O’Malley will star in the new Fox comedy pilot Family Album, where he’ll play a former jock attempting to bond with his family.

● Former ER star Maria Bello is in final talks to star in NBC’s drama pilot Prime Suspect, based on the successful British series that starred Helen Mirren.  She’ll play a strong female detective who has to prove herself in a tough New York precinct dominated by men.

● Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio will team up once again for the new film The Wolf of Wall Street. The project will be based on Jordan Belfort’s memoir, recounting his alcohol and drug-fueled days working on Wall Street in the 90s. It eventually led to Belfort serving federal prison time for stock market manipulation.  This will be the fifth project for DiCaprio and Scorsese. They previously worked together on Gangs of New York, The Departed, The Aviator and Shutter Island.

● She’s Out of My League’s Alice Eve has joined the cast of Men In Black 3. Eve, last seen playing Charlotte’s nanny in Sex and the City 2, will play the younger version of MIB Agency head Olivia. The older version will be played by Emma Thompson. The film’s plot has Will Smith’s Agent J forced to travel back in time to team up with the young Agent K (Josh Brolin) to save the world.

DEETS ON BRITNEY SPEARS $29 MIL MANSION

Word has it, Britney Spears has purchased a new 29 million dollar home in Hidden Hills, Calif., and hidden, it is.The mansion has 10 bedrooms, 12 baths, and features a ballroom, and the 3-acre property has multiple hot tubs and waterfalls. It is also within a private gated village with it’s own supermarket, restaurants, and of course a Starbucks.

Justin Bieber is on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine in which he gives his thoughts on sex, politics, and other hot button issues. On sex before marriage:” I don’t think you should have sex with anyone unless you love them. I think you should just wait for the person you’re…in love with.” On being Canadian: “You guys are evil. Canada’s the best country in the world. We go to the doctor and we don’t need to worry about paying him, but here, your whole life, you’re broke because of medical bills. My bodyguard’s baby was premature, and now he has to pay for it. In Canada, if your baby’s premature, he stays in the hospital as long as he needs to, and then you go home.”

Sources say Charlie Sheen controls the fate of his hit show, Two and a Half Men, and if he leaves, the show is over. There has been a conflict with Sheen and the show’s creator, Chuck Lorre, and if the actor decides to leave the show will be cancelled. Lorre took a shot at the actor at the end of Monday’s show using his so-called ‘vanity card’ –  a quick graphic containing Lorre’s personal rant that’s only on the screen for a few seconds at most.

Lorre says he would be pissed if Sheen outlives him because he takes good care of himself and doesn’t do drugs or have crazy, reckless sex with strangers.

IS THE CYRUS FAMILY UNDER ATTACK BY SATAN?!

Billy Ray Cyrus, told GQ he is scared for daughter Miley’s future in the spotlight. He says Hannah Montana destroyed his family, and he fears that 18-year-old Miley could possibly end up meeting the same tragic fate as Michael Jackson, Kurt Cobain and Anna Nicole Smith.

Billy Ray says,  “Every time something happened in Miley’s career, every time the train went off the track, if you will, Vanity Fair, pole-dancing, whatever scandal it was her people, or as they say in today’s news, her handlers, every time they’d put me ‘Somebody’s shooting at Miley! Put the old man up there!’ Well, I took it, because I’m her daddy, and that’s what daddies do. ‘Okay, nail me to the cross, I’ll take it.’ ”

Now the 49-year-old father of six said he realized “they used me every time.” He eventually reached his breaking point, choosing not to attend Miley’s 18th birthday party last year. He explains, “You know why I didn’t go? Because they were having it in a bar. It was wrong. It was for 21-years-old and up. Once again all them people, they all wanted me to fly out so that then when all the bad press came they could say, ‘Daddy endorsed this stuff’. If I would have went out there I would have been right in the middle of all this stuff that’s going on right now with the bong. They’d be hanging it on my ass. I had the common sense, I said, ‘This whole thing’s falling apart up there and they just want to blame all of this stuff on you again.’ I’m staying out of it.”

Billy Ray’s GQ interview with conducted in his home in Tennessee, days after Miley’s bong video leaked. In her own recent interview with Marie Claire, Miley apologized for disappointing her fans with the drug incident, but added that it’s “normal” to be “imperfect” at her age. Billy Ray also admitted in the GQ interview, “There’s no doubt I did stuff when I was a teenager that I’m sure could have turned out horribly. I’ve done some stupid crap, I do stupid crap. We all do. But it’s different when you sit back and you see it happening to your little girl. I feel like I got to try. It’s my daughter and, some of these handlers are perhaps more interested in handling Miley’s money than her safety and her career,” something that leaves him “scared for her.”

Billy Ray went on to discuss how fame ultimately cut short the lives of Jackson, Cobain and Smith, which has made him all the more eager to help his daughter navigate through life in the spotlight. When he looks back on Miley’s rapid rise to fame through “Hannah Montana,” on which they both starred, he said he sees how “the business was driving a wedge between us.” “It destroyed my family. I’ll tell you right now the damn show destroyed my family. He wishes they never agreed to do the Disney Channel show. Billy Ray adds, “I’d take it back in a second. For my family to be here and just be everybody okay, safe and sound and happy and normal, would have been fantastic. Heck, yeah. I’d erase it all in a second if I could.”

And for those who believe Billy Ray’s concern is really about whether his daughter will continue to be a cash cow, he offered to set the record straight. ”I’ve never made a dime off of Miley. You got a lot of people have made percentages off of her. I’m proud to say to this day I’ve never made one commissioned dollar, or dime, off of my daughter.” Billy Ray didn’t place all the blame on those currently in Miley’s life. He says, ”Somewhere along this journey, both mine and Miley’s faith has been shaken.  That saddens me the most.” His family is now being ruined by Satan. Billy Ray says, “No doubt. There’s no doubt about it.”

Billy Ray also held himself partially responsible for his daughter’s behavior. “How many interviews did I give and say, ‘You know what’s important between me and Miley is I try to be a friend to my kids’? I said it a lot. And sometimes I would even read other parents might say, ‘You don’t need to be a friend, you need to be a parent.’ Well, I’m the first guy to say to them right now, you were right. I should have been a better parent. I should have said, ‘Enough is enough – it’s getting dangerous and somebody’s going to get hurt’. I should have, but I didn’t. Honestly, I didn’t know the ball was out of bounds until it was way up in the stands somewhere.”

A MILLI VANILLI MOVIE IN THE WORKS?!

A film based on the rise and fall of Milli Vanilli is in the works. Rob Pilatus and Fab Morvan became superstars in the 1980s until they were outted as lip-synchers. They were forced to return a Grammy award, and eventually, Pilatus turned to drugs. A German director, Florian Gallenberger will take on a big screen biopic about the pair.

MADONNA A BIG FAN OF GAGA’S “BORN THIS WAY”

Lady Gaga just off of a recent appearance on The Jay Leno Show admitted that she is a huge fan of Madonna and it appears the feeling is mutual from Pop Legend Madonna.

Lady Gaga went on to tell Jay Leno:  “There is really no one that is a more adoring and a loving Madonna fan than me. I am the hugest fan, personally and professionally.

Well, the good news is that I got an email from her people and her, sending me their love and complete support on behalf of the single.”

As always, Lady Gaga shocked the music world when she performed her new hit single BORN THIS WAY at the Grammy Awards this past Sunday and hatched out of an egg on stage.

The track took the No.1 spot in France, Germany, America and Britain amongst others within just a few hours of being released. RSR congratulates Lady Gaga.

LILO COMING TO LETTERMAN

CBS says Lindsay Lohan will present the Top Ten List on Thursday’s “Late Show with David Letterman.”

The troubled actress will present the Top Ten List live via satellite from Los Angeles, CBS announced Tuesday. It marks her fifth appearance on the New York-based show, which she last visited in May 2007.

Lohan’s problems have regularly put her in the news, most recently thanks to felony charges for the alleged theft of a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store.

Meanwhile, her travails have been a source of humor for Letterman. Last week he read the Top Ten Signs that “Lohan is out of control.” They included: “Friends worry that her shoplifting is getting in the way of her drinking.”

“Late Show” airs weeknights on CBS at 11:35 p.m. Eastern time.

Britney Spears went on Twitter to chat with her fans last week. She even gave some details on her new album, “Femme Fatale”. Britney wrote: “I would describe it as moody, edgy pop with A LOT of energy. I co-wrote a couple of songs. I think it’s some of the best work I have ever done. There are a few mid-tempos that could be considered ballads. I have a lot of history with Max Martin and DoctorLuke so it’s always fun to collaborate with them. They make such incredible music. I’m so excited and I can’t wait for you guys to hear it. I think it’s some of the best work I have ever done! Just want to say that I really love you guys and can’t thank you enough for the support throughout my entire career.”

When asked if she’ll have any duets on the album, she wrote: “You’ll just have to wait and see.”

She also shared plans to tour and meet with her fans. She wrote: “I’m doing a lot of promo. There will be some major announcements in the next few days. I’m thinking about the tour right now and I would love to visit a lot of places I didn’t get to go to on my last tour.”

When one fan asked about her thoughts on Lady Gaga and global warming, she laughed it off and wrote: “Does anyone think global warming is a good thing. I love Lady Gaga. I think she’s a really interesting artist.”

As for being compared to Madonna, Britney wrote: “It’s so flattering! I really LOVE Madonna and she has been a huge inspiration for me.”

ASHLEE SIMPSON & PETE WENTZ DIVORC: PETE DOESN’T WANT ONE!

The consensus among the various anonymous sources is that Ashlee Simpson dumped Pete Wentz, and he does not want to get divorced.  And now, we’re hearing that Pete is so upset he’s been crying. A source says, “Pete has been crying a lot to her about this.  He is crushed, and does not want it to be over.”

The source adds, “Ashlee is done, she loves him, but she’s ready to move on.  They married really young and have grown apart, she just wants to focus on her child and her career.”

Although they filed divorce papers last week, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and Pete Wentz had lunch together on the most romantic day of the year — along with their son Bronx, 2.

As documented in photos at X17online, the singer-actress, 26, and the rocker, 31, shared a midday meal on Valentine’s Day with their little boy at the Beverly Hills Hotel Polo Lounge; the casually-dressed family of three arrived and departed together in the same car.

No word yet on whether the couple are reconsidering their decision to split. After embarking on a relationship in late 2006, they married in May 2008 and welcomed their son that fall. In last Wednesday’s statement following their divorce announcement, they said that Bronx’s “happiness and well-being remains our number-one priority.”

CHRISTINA AGUILERA DIVORCE FINAL!!

Christina Aguilera and husband Jordan Bratman have reached financial and custody agreements and will be officially divorced in six months. Details weren’t disclosed but we assume they’ve worked out their living arrangements. Jordan had refused to move out of their house, even though Christina’s new man, Matt Rutler, was basically living there.

The only thing we know for sure is that Christina and Jordan will share custody of their 3-year-old son Max.

LADY GAGA HAS MADONNA’S BLESSING FOR “BORN THIS WAY”

Lady Gaga has responded to the accusations that her new song “Born This Way” rips off Madonna’s song “Express Yourself,“ which came out in 1989. Last night, she told Jay Leno, “There is really no one that is a more adoring and loving Madonna fan than me.  I am the hugest fan personally and professionally.”

Madonna never commented on this publicly, but someone did post a video of Madonna performing “Express Yourself” on her official YouTube page the day the “controversy” broke out.  But Lady Gaga said she heard from her and Madonna is cool with it. Gaga said, “Well, the good news is that I got an e-mail from her people and her, sending me their love and complete support on behalf of the single and if the queen says it shall be, then it shall be.”

JUSTIN BEIBER ON HIS GRAMMY LOSS

Perhaps the most shocking moment of Sunday night’s Grammys, not counting Lady Gaga’s weird egg birth, was when Justin Bieber was rejected for what seems to be the first time in his life. Justin was nominated for two awards and in one of the categories, “Best New Artist” he was a heavy favorite.  But in the end, he lost out to a jazz musician named Esperanza Spalding, who plays the upright bass.

Justin took the defeat with class, telling MTV, “I’m not going to lie, I was disappointed. But, you know, I’m gonna come back next year and we’ll take a few home.”  Esperanza was “surprised” to hear her name, too. Spalding said “I really didn’t think it was going to be me. It was so unexpected, that’s the truth.”

Naturally, Justin’s fans went absolutely ballistic online after watching their golden boy being wronged like this, but Justin later attempted to calm the storm. In a series of Twitter messages, he said, “It was a great night.  I got to perform at the Grammys with my mentor, Usher and I feel like we did u guys proud.”  ”As for the awards, of course I wanted to win.  It’s been and still is a dream to win a Grammy. Was I upset, yes.  But I was happy for Esperanza also.” “Someone said to me tonight it’s not your successes that define you but your failures.  I lost, but I don’t plan on this being my last chance.  I do this because I love it, and I do it for my family, friends and fans who support me. I was grateful for the honor, and this is just the beginning.”

Bieber hadn’t met Esperanza before the ceremony.  But afterwards, he congratulated her backstage, and shook her hand. Meanwhile, Kanye West shared his apparent disagreement with Bieber’s loss on Twitter, but he kept himself in check.  Kanye said, “Damn, I can’t find the words to explain how I feel about the Best New Artist award.  Don’t wanna say the wrong thing.  #PROUDOFJUSTIN.” And Game also chimed in on Twitter, but he was pulling for Drake to win, not Justin.  In between joints, he said, “Drake ain’t win Best New Artist?  Exactly why I’m kool on awards.”

CHARLIE SHEEN SAYS SOBRIETY “BORES” HIM

Charlie Sheen said that sobriety “bores” him and that he may revert to substance abuse.

In a call to DirecTV/Fox Sports Radio’s “The Dan Patrick Show,” Sheen said “I was sober for five years a long time ago and was just bored out of my tree,” he said during the rambling 28-minute phone interview with “It’s inauthentic — it’s not who I am. I didn’t drink for 12 years and, man, that first one [drink], Dan. Wow.”

The star of “Two and a Half Men” laughed off the ethics clause in his TV contract.

“Yeah, blah, blah, nitpick, nitpick,” he said. “I haven’t read it, but I don’t think it covers ‘Let us totally dominate and interfere with your personal life.’”

Sheen also said he was ready to work after less than two weeks of rehab. “Check it. It’s like, I heal really quickly. But I unravel pretty quickly. So get me right now, guys,” he said, referring to the show’s producers.

But these were just the latest in a series of bizarre statements. Sheen turned up at a practice for UCLA’s baseball team on Thursday and told players there, “Don’t do crack. Drink chocolate milk.”

“There were rumors that I’ve had problems with crack, so it just came out of me like poetry,” Sheen said of the statement on Dan Patrick’s show. “I said stay off the crack, and I still think that’s pretty good advice, unless you can manage it socially. If you can manage it socially, then go for it, but not a lot of people can, you know?”

Lady Antebellum were among the winners at Sunday night’s Grammy Awards. The band’s “Need You Now” scored two of the night’s biggest awards, winning for Song Of The Year and for Record Of The Year.

For Record of the Year, Lady A beat out “Nothin’ on You” from B.o.B. & Bruno Mars, “Love the Way You Lie” from Eminem & Rihanna, “F**k You” from Cee Lo Green and “Empire State of Mind” from Jay-Z & Alicia Keys.

Arcade Fire grabbed the other major award of the night, winning the Album Of The Year honor for their The Suburbs.

CHARLIE SHEEN TO BE A FATHER AGAIN?!?

Charlie Sheen got a text message from his porn star friend Kacey Jordan, saying she’s pregnant, but she doesn’t think it’s his baby. The porn star texted Sheen: “Charlie I’m sorry how things turned out.  I want u to know something before it hits the press… I’m pregnant and I don’t believe its yours.” Sources say the actor used protection, but Kacey says both of them were so out of it she’s not sure if it did the trick.

The source adds that Kacey plans to terminate the pregnancy in the next few days. Charlie Sheen doesn’t have a “morals clause” in his contract with CBS. That means, he cannot be fired from Two and a Half Men for his crazy antics (doing drugs, hiring hookers, etc.) A morals clause in his contract would allow Warner Bros. to fire him if he engaged in improper conduct that reflected badly on the show. TMZ reports, Charlie is telling everyone, “That’s my personal life. My contract protects me. They can’t fire me.”

MILEY CYRUS SET TO HOST SNL

Miley Cyrus will is host Saturday Night Live for the first time on March 5th. She will not be singing that night. Apparently, the Strokes will be the musical guests; so they say on their Twitter account. No word yet if Miley will join SNL cast member Vanessa Bayer in her “The Miley Cyrus Show” sketch. In the skit, Vanessa plays Miley and Jason Sudeikis plays her dad Billy Ray.

BRAVO EXEC CALLED HEIDI MONTAG “TRASH”!

Bravo network exec, Andy Cohen, called Heidi Montag “trash,” after Montag and her husband, Spencer Pratt claimed they were in talks to join the next season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Montag even tweeted, “Watch out Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, here comes Heidi!” The Bravo exec said he’d rather stab knives in his own eyes than see her on the network. A friend of Montag said his rant shows his lack of self-awareness and self-control.

CBS CANCELS PAULA ABDUL’S “LIVE TO DANCE”

Live To Dance is not the show Paula Abdul hoped it would be. Ratings started off okay but they nose dived, and the finale had only 4.8 million viewers. Insiders say CBS is pulling the plug on season 2. Now that Paula’s unemployed, will Simon Cowell offer her a place on X Factor?

LINDSAY OFFERED TO TAKE LIE DETECTOR TEST!

Lindsay Lohan swears she didn’t steal that $2,500 necklace, and she even offered to take a lie detector test to prove her innocence. Unfortunately for the actress, prosecutors shot down her offer because they didn’t consider polygraphs scientifically sound. Sources say that even though Lindsay says she’s not guilty, her legal team is desperately trying to strike a plea deal because Lindsay is terrified of being locked up. Word is, Lindsay is willing to plead guilty provided she doesn’t have to go to prison, but prosecutors want her to serve some time behind bars so the two sides are at an impasse. Linds’  lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley confirmed the rumors, telling  CNN, “Ms. Lohan maintains her innocence, and now that I’ve seen the police reports, I believe the case is entirely defensible. Having said that, we will entertain a discussion concerning a plea if it means no jail so that she can move forward with her recovery and her career.”

LINDSAY TWEETS THAT SHE DOESN’T STEAL

Lindsay took to Twitter yesterday  to release her first official statement about the incident. “I would never steal, in case people are wondering,” she posted, later adding, “In case people are wondering, I was not raised to lie, cheat, or steal.”  (Um, does she think we don’t know who her parents are?) She concluded by writing, “Also, what i wear to court shouldnt be front page news. it’s just absurd. god bless xox.”

WHY LINDSAY COULD GET OFF

Insiders are claiming that if the Lindsay Lohan case goes to trial, Lindsay may have a good shot at beating the rap.  TMZ reports that the owners of Kamofie & Company, who claim Lindsay stole the $2,500 necklace, have been inconsistent with their story. First they told cops Lindsay had been to the store three times looking at the necklace before taking it, but later they changed their story and said Lindsay wasn’t looking at the necklace, but at a ring.  Then the owner claimed video showed that when he was talking to Lindsay’s male friend, the actress could be seen taking the necklace off her neck and putting it in her Chanel bag. A day later, the owner said Lindsay walked out of the store with the necklace around her neck.  But according to the official police report, Lindsay tried on several items that day, but continued to wear the necklace in question the entire time.  At one point she tried to negotiate down a price for a ring, but the store owner wouldn’t budge. She accepted defeat, but told the owner she’d be back the next day. She then left the store, still wearing the $2,500 necklace. The owner says he noticed the necklace was missing, but figured Lindsay took it by mistake and would bring it back the next day, but she never returned.

IT’S NOT THE FIRST TIME LINDSAY TRIED TO TAKE JEWELRY!

TMZ claims that four days before Lindsay allegedly took that $2,500 necklace, she almost walked out of the same store with a diamond earring. According to the police report, on January 18^th, Lindsay came into Kamofie & Company and tried on a pair of 18-karat gold white diamond earrings. Lindsay removed one of the earrings and left the other one on as she shopped in the store.   She was still wearing the remaining earring (which just happened to be covered by her hair) when she left, but a clerk stopped her before she could get away.   Some people think this could actually help Lindsay’s case, because when she went to leave the store she absentmindedly left her own, more expensive, earrings on the counter.  People close to Lindsay say this is a perfect example of how scatterbrained she can be.

LINDSAY TO OPEN HER OWN BOUTIQUES

If Lindsay Lohan skates on her grand theft charge, sources say she wants to open her own boutiques. According to Radaronline, Lindsay and her mom Dina are making plans to open two stores, one in Venice Beach, California and one in New York’s SoHo neighborhood. The stores will reportedly sell clothing and jewelry (hopefully not stolen).  “Both Dina and Lindsay love the fashion industry and are excited to do this together,” a close family friend told Radaronline.com.

PETE WENTZ DIDN’T WANT DIVORCE

Sources close to Pete Wentz say it wasn’t his decision to get a divorce. Insiders tell TMZ that Pete tried talking wife Ashlee Simpson out of filing the papers, but Ashlee wanted out of the marriage and no amount of talking would change her mind. In fact, Pete was so blindsided by the divorce, sources tell Radar he already had plans to surprise Ashlee for Valentine’s Day. Sources tell Radar that Ashlee was “fed up” with Pete’s constant touring, which was a source of many of their arguments. Said a source, “Since she gave birth to Bronx she hated him being away from home and wanted him to stop the band life and work more on producing music, so he could be around to concentrate more on being a husband and father.

KELSEY GRAMMER OFFICIALLY DIVORCED

It’s official – Kelsey and Camille Grammer are divorced. A judge in Los Angeles signed off on the couple’s divorce decree yesterday, leaving Kelsey free to marry fiancée Kayte Walsh at the end of the month.  Kelsey and Camille are expected to work out their property settlement at a later date. “I have a great many mixed feelings about today–I’m sad for what was, yet excited about the road ahead,” said Camille in a statement. “I’m grateful to my family and friends who have stood by me through this time— I will never forget their love and support. What I most hope is that Kelsey and I can improve our communications and truly co-parent our two wonderful children; and I wish Kelsey and Kate love and happiness in their new marriage.”

CHARLIE TO BE SINGLE IN SIX MONTHS

Charlie Sheen is one step closer to being single. Sheen and wife Brooke Mueller filed final divorce papers in L.A. County Superior Court Thursday, which means they will be officially on the market by May 2^nd. Under California law, a divorce decree isn’t granted until six months after the papers are filed. TMZ reports that according to the settlement, Charlie and Brooke will share custody of their twin sons, although Brooke gets primary physical custody. Brooke will get $55,000 a month in child support, which, the documents state can never be less than the amount Charlie pays Denise Richards for their two daughters.

SCARLETT JOHANSSON DATING SEAN PENN?

Scarlett Johansson has been linked to yet another new man.  According to Us Weekly, Ryan Reynolds’ soon-to-be-ex is reportedly seeing Academy Award-winning actor Sean Penn, who is 24 years her senior.  Sources say the pair’s fling began in early January, when she was staying at the Chateau Marmont in L.A. “Their first hook up was in Scarlett’s bungalow,” said the insider.   Scarlett allegedly reached out to Sean when she was thinking about traveling to Haiti with the charity organization Oxfam. Since Sean has been living there, the insider claims, “she turned to him for advice.” Scarlett didn’t end up going, but, she did develop feelings for the actor. Said the insider, “Scarlett’s smitten with him.” A rep for Johansson says the story is “not true at all.”

NO JENNIFER/ANGELINA FEUD

The press loves to perpetuate the Jennifer Aniston/Angelina Jolie feud, but Perez Hilton reports that Aniston really isn’t holding a grudge against the woman who stole her husband.  Perez said he had a conversation with the former Friends star last year, in which she told him, “look, that was so long ago, and we’ve moved on and we’re all adults.” Aniston then added, “I still talk to Brad (Pitt) and everything’s fine.”

A NEW MAN FOR SIENNA?!

Only days after announcing the end of her relationship with Jude Law, sources say Sienna Miller may have already found a new man. The Mirror claims that Miller has “grown close” to British actor Joe Armstrong, her co-star in the upcoming West End production of Flare Path.   But insiders insist that nothing romantic is going on (yet). “Her colleagues have been brilliant,” said a source. “She gets on really well with Joe in particular and they’ve been hanging out a bit outside of the theater. But neither Jude or Sienna are ready to rush into a new relationship.”

BRAD WOMACK DENIES HE PROPOSED TO EX

Bachelor Brad Womack is denying his ex-girlfriend’s claim that he proposed to her just before going on the ABC dating show.  Laurel Kagay, Womack’s on and off squeeze for eight years, told Us Weekly that Womack proposed to her on more than one occasion, the most recent time being this past summer.  Appearing on Lopez Tonight, Womack said, “I can 100 percent tell you I did not actually ask this woman to marry me.” He adds, “I want to take the high road because this particular woman I cared for very much at one time. I’ve learned really quickly, this experience can breed nothing but negativity, along with all of the positive.”

KATHY GRIFFIN COMING TO BROADWAY

Kathy Griffin is taking her stand-up routine to Broadway, and she couldn’t be more clear about what she hopes to get out of the production, titling it Kathy Griffin Wants A Tony. The show will premiere March 11^th at the Belasco Theater and run for eight performances.

SECURITY GUARD KILLED ON NCIS SET

Production on the CBS series NCIS was suspended Wednesday after a security guard working for the show was killed in a freak accident.  The drama was shooting on location in Santa Clarita, CA, when a driver of a van lost control of his vehicle and ran over the guard. The 52-year-old man was pronounced dead at the hospital.

STUNTWOMAN INJURED ON FX SHOW

A stuntwoman on the set of FX’s Justified was severely injured during production last week. Initial reports said that a 30-year-old woman was  struck in a “low speed collision” and hit her head on concrete, but E! reports that she wasn’t hit by a car, and simply slipped and fell, hitting her head. She was transported to a nearby hospital and is said to be doing well.

● EW.com reports that Jack Black will once again host Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards.  This will be Black’s third time hosting the telecast, which airs April 2^nd.  This year’s nominees include Miley Cyrus, who’s up for three awards; Justin Bieber, who is up for two and Taylor Swift, who is also up for two. ●  Twin sisters Tia and Tamera Mowry will star in a new reality show for the Style Network. The network has ordered six episodes of Tia and Tamera Take 2, which will follow the former child stars in their new stages of life,  as Tia goes through her first pregnancy and Tamera plans her wedding.

●  Lost’s Henry Ian Cusick has joined the cast of Shonda Rhimes’ new ABC pilot.  The yet-to-be-titled series revolves around professional fixer Olivia Price (Kerry Washington) and her dysfunctional staff.  Cusick will play a handsome and brilliant litigator who works for Olivia.

● Former Desperate Housewives star Jesse Metcalfe will join the cast of TNT’s Dallas reboot. He’ll play Bobby and Pam Ewing’s adopted son Christopher, who clashes with his cousin John Ross (Josh Henderson), over the Ewing dynasty.

●  My Boys’ Kyle Howard will star in the ABC comedy pilot Smothered.  The series revolves around a young couple who find themselves smothered by two very different sets of parents.

● Amanda Peet is in talks to star in the NBC pilot Bent, a comedy about a recently divorced mom who finds herself attracted to the contractor she hires to redo her kitchen.

● Minnie Driver is in talks to join the NBC pilot Free Agents, about co-workers at a Hollywood talent agency.

MISCELLANEOUS MOVIE NEWS:

●  The Hangover’s Bradley Cooper will star in The Words, a drama about a writer who steals another man’s work and must face the consequences.

●  Former ER star Goran Visnjic has joined the cast of David Fincher’s adaptation of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. He’ll play Dragan Armansky, the CEO of a security firm that employs Lisbeth Salander (Rooney Mara). His character appears in all three of the Stieg Larsson books.

●  Oscar nominee Annette Bening will join Morgan Freeman in the Rob Reiner-directed drama The Third Act. The film tells the story of a formerly famous western writer (Freeman) attempting to rediscover his talent in a small rural town.  Bening will play the mother of a young girl who is inspired by the writer.

●  Christopher Nolan’s psychological thriller Memento is coming back to theaters for one night only. On February 17^th, in honor of the film’s 10^th anniversary, Memento will screen in 11 theaters in the U.S. and Canada. The screenings will be followed by a never-before-seen interview with Nolan, which was recorded February 4^th in Los Angeles. In addition, a 10^th anniversary special edition Blu-ray version of Memento will be available in stores February 22^nd.

●  Willow Smith will star in a remake of the musical Annie and she’s already set her sights on who she wants to play her Daddy Warbucks.  Willow recently told Access Hollywood that she has asked her father Will Smith, who’s producing the film, to get Brad Pitt to play the role of the billionaire who adopts the young orphan.  Meanwhile, Deadline.com reports that Glee creator Ryan Murphy is Sony’s top choice to direct the new version of the Broadway musical.
